中国光伏产业现状与前景分析

在经历了国外"双反"裁定和大规模债务危机后,在国家政策的指引下,我国光伏产业开始走出困境,产业规模稳步攀升。2013年,我国(大陆地区)多晶硅产量达到8.46×104t,硅片产量为29.5GW,光伏电池产量为25.1GW,组件产量为27.4GW,均居世界榜首;同时,新增光伏装机容量12.92GW,新增装机容量首次跃居世界第一位,累计装机容量近20GW,成为全球发展最快的光伏应用市场;随着国内光伏装机的大规模拓展,光伏逆变器出货量也达到13GW,占全球市场的26%。然而,仍有一些问题在影响和制约着产业的后续发展,如外销市场将进一步收紧、产能阶段性过剩、融资难等瓶颈问题。当前,应积极调整出口方式和方向,加快分布式光伏布局,优化产业结构,多方位拓展融资渠道,从根本上排除我国光伏产业后续发展阻力。

China＇s Photovoltaic Industry Today and Prospects

After experiencing CVD and AD rulings and large-scale debt crisis,China＇s PV industry is getting out of the trouble under the guidance of national policies,with its size expanding steadily.In 2013,China＇s polycrystalline silicon production reached 8.46×10^4t,silicon wafer production was 29.5GW,PV cell production stood at 25.1GW and PV module production reached 27.4GW,all the highest worldwide.China added 12.92GW of new installed PV power generating capacity last year,marking the first time that China became the country with the largest newly added PV generating capacity worldwide.The country＇s cumulative installed PV generating capacity reached nearly 20GW,making the country the world＇s fastest growing PV application market.As its PV generating capacity grows rapidly ,China shipped out 13GW of PV inverters last year,representing 26% of the world＇s total PV inverter shipments that year.However,some challenges are still posing restraints on the growth of the PV industry.These challenges include further shrinking export markets ,temporary capacity gluts and financing diffficulty.China should actively adjust the manner and direction of its PV product export,quicken its pace of laying out distributed PV capacities,optimize the structure of the industry and diversify financing channels to remove the obstacles to the growth of the PV industry.
