摘    要:确定了无机-有机单体聚合物钻井液体系配方,即由6%膨润土浆+0.5%-0.8%Siop—A+0.3%-0.5CPS-2000B%+0.1%~0.2%Siop—D+0.1%~0.2%ZSC-201.评价了钻井液体系的性能,介绍了该钻井液体系在中原油田的应用情况。现场应用结果表明:该钻井液流变性、抗温性良好,具有较强的抑制防塌能力,携砂能力好,完井电测和RFr电测均一次成功,避免了替换钻井液。

Abstract:The formula of inorganic-organic monomer polymer drilling fluid is determined from laboratory test results,which is comprised 6% bentonite, 0.5%-0.8% Siop-A, 0.3%-0.5% CPS-2000B, 0.1%-0.2% Siop-D and 0.1%-0.2% ZSC-201.The properties of the inorganic-organic monomer polymer dr/lling fluid were evaluated in laboratory and the application of drilling fluid system in Zhongyuan oilfield was introduced.The field application results show that the drilling fluid system has good theological behavior,very good capacities of heat resistance and salt tolerance,good inhibition and protection against collapse ability.Completion and RFT electrical testing succeed once ,avoiding to displace the drilling fluid.
