应用流程模拟技术优化加氢装置分馏系统

摘    要:Aspen Plus是对生产装置进行稳态模拟的大型通用流程模拟系统。应用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件,对中国石化青岛炼油化工有限责任公司4.1Mt/a柴油加氢装置、0.6Mt/a航煤加氢装置进行装置分馏系统流程模拟,得到了与装置实际操作相吻合的理想模型。通过对模型进行综合分析,以装置节能优化和经济效益最大化为目标,通过降低柴油加氢分馏塔顶部压力及调整航煤加氢分馏塔顶部操作温度等优化手段,柴油加氢装置燃料气消耗量由1500m3/h降至1100m3/h,节能效益达到604.8万元/a;航煤加氢装置通过调整分馏塔顶温度及重沸器热负荷,降低航煤与石脑油组分的重叠度,提高石脑油收率,增产石脑油0.72t/h,增加装置效益172.8万元/a。应用流程模拟技术优化加氢装置分馏系统,共计降本增效777.6万元/a,提升装置的综合效益,实现装置的节能优化生产。

Abstract:Aspen Plus is a large-scale general-purpose process simulation system used to simulate production units in the steady state.Using this technology,researchers simulated the processes of the fractionation systems of a 4.1Mt/a diesel hydrogenation unit and a 0.6Mt/a aviation kerosene hydrogenation unit in Sinopec Qingdao Refining and Chemical Company and obtained an ideal model matching the units′ actual operation.Through comprehensive analysis of the model and aimed at optimizing energy efficiency and maximizing economic benefits,these researchers adopted a series of optimization methods for the units including reducing the pressure at the top of the fractionation column of the diesel hydrogenation unit and adjusting the operating temperature at the top of the fractionation column of the aviation kerosene unit.As a result,the diesel hydrogenation unit′s fuel gas consumption dropped to 1100m3/h from 1500m3/h,equivalent to saving 6.05 million yuan per year.For the aviation kerosene hydrogenation unit,by adjusting the temperature at the top of the fractionation column and the heat load of the reboiler,reducing the degree of overlapping of aviation kerosene and naphtha components and raising the yield of naphtha,these researchers boosted production of naphtha by 0.72t/h and added 1.73 million yuan per year to the revenues from the unit.Economic benefits from the optimization of the fractionation columns of the hydrogenation units with the use of process simulation technology totaled 7.78 million yuan per year.The overall efficiency of the units has improved.
