摘    要:从柴油机噪声产生机理出发,提出了柴油机降噪的基本思路和方法。采用控制燃烧噪声、机体结构优化、减少薄壁零件的辐射噪声和降低齿轮噪声,以及加装风扇离合器等措施,使D114柴油机的噪声下降了3~4dB(A)。

Abstract:Based on the mechanisms and principles of diesel engine noise generation, the main factors and improvements for reduction noise were proposed. The noise level of D114 diesel engines were reduced by 3~4 dB(A) with the combination of controlling combustion noise, optimizing block structure, reducing radiated noise of small thickness parts and gear train noise, and adding fan clutch.
