惯性储能环节对汽轮机实时经济性计算的影响研究

摘    要:电厂的汽轮机组在运行过程中并非保持稳定的工况,而是随着实际要求实时改变工况,即处于变工况的情况。由于机组内存在很大的蒸汽容积,在蒸汽容积对机组的影响下,机组内蒸汽参数的变化总是要比控制指令延迟一段时间,我们称此过程为惯性储能环节。通过Matlab工具,对惯性储能环节进行了建模仿真,分析了惯性储能环节对机组蒸汽参数的影响,提出了考虑惯性储能环节的汽轮机实时经济性计算方法,最后基于提出方法评价了惯性储能环节对汽轮机实时经济性的影响。

Abstract:The steam turbines are not always running at the stable status,but constantly changing to real - time conditions variable conditions. As there exists big steam volume in the units, under the influence of which, steam parameters change delay after control instructions, the process of which is named inertial energy storage part. This article conducted the model simulation of inertial energy storage part. analysed the influence on steam paraneters and propased the real -time economic computing of steam turbine with the consideration of inertial energy storage part. On the basis of the proposed method, this article analyses the influence of IESP on steam turbine economy.
