受限空间乙醇燃烧小尺度火焰特性

摘    要:本文主要分析在受限空间条件下液体乙醇燃烧小尺度火焰形态的特性,并且与自由空间下的实验结果进行比对,得出在受限空间条件下乙醇蒸发燃烧的特殊规律。实验采用石英玻璃管模拟受限空间,通过改变玻璃管的直径调整受限空间的大小。最后得出实验结论,在受限空间条件下,燃烧小火焰体积得到压缩,火焰的平均温度得到提升。本文主要通过实验手段进行研究,以期为微型燃烧器的设计提供一定的理论参考。

Abstract:In this paper, the conformation characteristics of the micro - scale flame of liquid ethanol combustion under the restricted space is analyzed, and compared with the experimental results in the free space, and it concludes special laws of the ethanol vaporation combustion in the restricted space condition. The quartz glass tubes are used for simulating the restricted space in the experiment, and the dimensions of the restricted space is adjusted by changing the quartz glass tubes size. Finaly, it draws conclusions that the volume of micro - scale flame is compressed much lower and the average temperature of the flame is higher in the restricted space condition. It mainly researches by the experimental method, and then hopes to provide some reference for the micro - scale combustor design.
