| 摘 要： | 企业环境报告已经成为国外企业体现自己社会责任的一种重要形式和工具，有标准化和制度化的趋势，越来越受到各方的关注。而我国至今还是空白，这对提高我国企业的国际信誉非常不利。文章建议我国政府和企业应该积极行动起来引入这种机制，提高企业的竞争力和国际地位，促进我国社会、经济的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | As the main measure for company to show their social and environmental responsibility,the corporation environmental report will be standardized and institutionalized in the near future.While there is no one is found in Chinese mainland up to now.The article suggests that our government and companies should pay more attentions to the issues improving Chinese Companies' competitive ability and reputations and promoting the sustainablility of China. |
