钢管拱桥拱肋脱空负压灌浆修复技术研究与应用

摘    要:钢管拱桥是一种常见的公路桥梁型式,但拱肋混凝土脱空是此类桥梁常见的病害。本文针对此问题,以高强度、低粘度、高渗透、耐低温、高柔性灌浆材料在模拟试验研究中所表现出的优异性能为例证,说明本材料在钢管拱桥拱肋脱空病害处治中所具有的优势。本试验的研究成果对拱肋混凝土脱空病害的处理有实际的应用意义。

Abstract:Steel pipe arch bridge is a common type of highway bridge, but arch rib concrete is a common disease of this kind of bridge. Aiming at this problem, this paper takes the excellent performance of high strength, low viscosity, high permeability, low temperature resistance and high flexibility grouting material in the simulation test as an example to illustrate the advantages of this material in the treatment of the arch rib of the steel pipe arch bridge. The research results of this experiment have practical application significance to the treatment of arch rib concrete caving disease.
