标准升温下钢-混凝土组合板的抗火性能

摘    要:应用有限元和有限差分相结合的方法,计算压型钢板组合板和肋筋模板组合板的温度场,并与试验结果进行比较。采用数值方法计算组合板的耐火极限,同时分析有关的影响参数。结果表明:由于混凝土的吸热作用,组合板的耐火性能要优于无保护的钢构件;组合板的耐火极限随着板厚和混凝土强度的提高而提高,随着含钢率的增加而降低。最后本文计算了组合板的耐火保护层厚度,给出了耐火简化计算公式,有关结果可供工程实际参考。

Abstract:Finite element method in conjuncti on with finite difference method hav e been applied to calculate the tem-perature field of two kinds of steel-concrete composite slabs,i.e.comp osite slab with profiled steel sheeting and com-posite slab with steel ribs.The calc ulated results have a good agreement with those of tests.Fire resistance of the two kinds of composite slabs is calculated by using a kind of numeric method.T he results show that the performance of the above-mentioned composite slabs is better than that of unprotected steel structure due to the heat absorbed b y the con-crete.Parameters related to the fir e-resistance are discussed.It was f ound that the fire-resistance incre ases with the increase of concrete strength and th e thickness of slab,and decreases wi th the increase of steel strength and steel ratio.The thickness of concrete cover for f ire proof is also calculated by the numeric method and simplified formula tion is observed.The results obtained in th is paper may be used as a reference in p ractical engineering.
