设拉杆拱形波纹钢屋盖结构支承体系设计

摘    要:拱脚设拉杆是减小拱形波纹钢屋盖结构对下部支承体系推力作用的有效途径,但对带拉杆的支承结构目前尚无明确的设计方法。在分析此类结构受力机理的基础上,指出其设计亦应同一般预应力钢结构一样分成预应力态设计和荷载态设计两个阶段,进而推导了计算索张力和长度的实用公式,给出了两种状态下结构内力和变形的简化计算方法,使得原本需进行几何非线性分析的复杂计算过程得以手算实现。最后采用有限元分析软件进行校核计算,验证了本文提出的设计方法可行且具有很高的精度。

Abstract:Setting tension bar at the roots of arched corrugated steel roof is an effective method to reduce its horizontal thrust to its supporting structure.But how to design this kind of supporting structure has no specific design method.Based on the load bearing mechanism analysis,this paper points out that the designing process of this kind of structure should be set into two stages: prestressing state design and working state design,which is similar to prestressed steel structure.Then practical design formulas calculating tension and length of tension bar are deduced,and simplified method calculating internal forces and displacement of the structure under the two states is given,which avoids geometrical nonlinear analysis and can be put into practice by hand computation.The feasibility and high precision of the method are exhibited by an example and the comparison of its result with that of finite element method.
