摘    要:本文提出一种设置不同材料基础垫层来减少建筑物差异沉降的方法,即在沉降小的区域设置易压缩材料垫层,以减小地基接触应力,在该区域欲增大其沉降量的部位下设置不易压缩材料垫块,以增加其附加应力,从而加大其沉降量。用有限元方法建立上部结构和基础计算模型,用分层线弹性地基模型计算地基土变形。通过上部结构-基础-地基共同作用分析获得地基土的变形值。文中给出一个实际工程例子,理论计算与现场实测值符合良好。

Abstract:This paper offers a method for adjustment of building unequal settlement by bedding course with different materials, namely by using easily compressible materials as bedding course in the region with small settlement so as to decrease the soil contact stress,while using hardly compressible blocks in the region where large settlement is required so as to increase the additional stress and thus the settlement.The finite element method is used to analyse superstructure and foundation,and the layered soil models with bilinear deformation behaviour is chosen to compute deformation of soil. Deformation of soil are then obtained by superstructure foundation soil interaction analysis. Finally a practical example is given to illustrate the application of the method. The analytical results agree well with the experimental results.
