| 摘 要： | 简述了绿色建筑材料的概念和发展,论述了绿色建筑对建筑材料的要求,并根据我国国情提出了从资源消耗、能源消耗、环境影响、耐久性等方面建立一个绿色建筑材料评价体系。该绿色建筑材料评价体系包括基本标准和专项标准两部分,给出了两部分标准的内容及评分办法。该绿色建筑材料评价体系的建立可为我国政府部门制定统一的绿色建筑材料评价体系提供参考。
