| 摘 要： | 准确地诊断与评估在役结构的损伤状态 ,预测其剩余可靠度 ,是决定其是否需要修理 ,部分替换或报废的基础 ,故具有重要意义。鉴于结构与环境信息的复杂性与不确定性 ,本文应用层次分析法 ,合理归类分层各影响因素 ,采用模糊综合评判法对结构损伤进行综合评估 ,研究了递阶层次模糊评估方法的基本理论和实施过程 ,从而使不确定性和随机性的信息科学化和定量化。通过工程实例验证 ,该方法简单可行 ,合理实用

| Abstract: | It is the great significance to evaluate the damage status accurately and predict the residual reliability so as to provide the administrators with valid information,which could be valuable in deciding whether to maintain or rebuild them.In terms of high uncertainty and complexity of the structural and environmental information,a multi-level synthesized evaluation model based on fuzzy theory and the Analytic Hierarchy Process is presented,by which the quantitative status of the present damage and reliability could be obtained.The example provided here will demonstrate that the evaluation method is simple in performance and reasonable in results. |
