| 摘 要： | 该病房楼是旧房改造中的重点工程 ,通过现场的调查和质量检测 ,对结构的抗震性能进行了鉴定 ,对其耐久性作出了评价 ,提出了合理有效的加固补强方法 ,对同类工程的鉴定、加固具有一定的借鉴作用
