再生碎砖混凝土替代传统砖墙的可行性研究

摘    要:通过对低强度再生碎砖混凝土进行了配合比设计和力学性能试验,并与传统砖墙进行了对比,研究结果表明,试验中的再生碎砖混凝土试件经养护后能达到预期的强度;通过试验结果与普通砖砌体比较,本文设计的掺人粉煤灰替代部分水泥的低强度再生碎砖混凝土可以满足力学性能的要求,以其替代普通砖砌体可行,能够降低成本;低强度再生碎砖混凝土的力学性能与普通混凝土类似,但在立方体抗压强度与棱柱体抗压强度的比例关系及弹性模量的计算公式与普通混凝土稍有不同。

Abstract:After mixing proportion design and mechanical test, low - strength reclaimed broken brick concrete is compared with traditional brick wall and the test result indicates that the reclaimed broken brick concrete sample could reach the expected strength after being cured properly; after comparison between the test result and ordinary brick masonry, the low- strength reclaimed broken brick concrete in which powdered coal ash is added to replace partial cement could satisfy the mechanical requirement and it could be used to replace ordinary brick masonry and could reduce production cost; the mechanical property of low - strength reclaimed broken brick concrete is similar to ordinary con- crete, but proportion relation between cube compressive strength and prism compressive strength and calculation for- mula for elastic modulus are slightly different from those of ordinary concrete.
