摘    要:摘要]绍兴县体育中心体育馆的上部屋盖采用弦支穹顶结构,其中包含18榀径向拉索和4圈环向拉索,在张拉环向索时,需要解决相邻张拉点之间力的传递问题,即需要将预应力在同一根环索的各个球形节点之间得到均匀建立,通过对施工全过程进行分析,对钢结构屋盖关键部位和拉索施工关键技术进行施工过程仿真分析计算,确定关键部位的安装和张拉程序,确定张拉方式和分级原则,并对关键部位的索力和位移进行施工过程的监控,并将实测结果同计算结果进行了对比,证明了该施工技术的有效性、合理性。

PRESTRESSING CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE FOR A GYMNASIUM SPORTS CENTER

Abstract:The upper roof of the gymnasium in Shaoxing Sports Center adopts cable - suspended dome structure, which is sus- pended by 18 pieces of radial cable and 4 pieces of annular cable. During tensioning of the annular cable, problems in force transmission between adjacent tensioning nodes shall be considered and solved, namely the prestressing shall be evenly distributed among all spherical nodes on the same piece of annular cable. After analysis on the whole construction process, installation and tensioning procedures of key positions, tensioning method and grading princi- ple are determined through simulative analysis and calculation of the construction process at key positions of steel structure roof and key technique in cable construction. Construction process is monitored for cable force and dis- placement at vital positions. Comparison between measurement result and calculation result shows that this construc- tion technique is effective and feasible.
