缓粘结预应力井字梁设计与施工

摘    要:大跨度井字梁结构采用缓粘结预应力技术,通过预应力结构设计合理地利用预应力钢筋线型,有效地解决在井字梁挠度变形及裂缝宽度的问题。同时结合双向预应力钢绞线的施工难点,着重阐述预应力筋定位、预应力筋张拉顺序和张拉应力控制中的施工技术要点。

Abstract:Taking the project of bidirectional retard-bonded prestress reinforced concrete cross-beam structure for example, rational use of prestressed reinforced type by prestressed structure design, effectively solve the deflection at the cross beam deformation and crack width problem. Besides, based on construction difficulties of bidirectional pre- stress reinforced concrete, construction technologies are outlined, including location of prestress tendon, tension sequence of prestress tendon and control of tension stress.
