新农村建设中的民居建筑保护与更新

在城市化迅速发展的背景下,我国乡村正在发生着变化。外来文化的渗透、派系建筑的流行,导致农村民居建筑正在逐渐失去其原有的景观特色。文章试图以建筑类型学等相关理论为支撑,通过实地考察与分析,探究新农村民居建筑改造中存在的问题以及应该如何使乡村建筑风貌与其所在地域特征相结合,与时代精神相协调,提升乡村的人文环境品质。

The Preservation And Renovation Of Residential Buildings In The Process Of Rural Reconstruction

The countryside in China is undergoing great change in the background of fast urbanization. The permeation of foreign culture and the popularity of faction architecture make the residential buildings lose their original features. This paper was aimed to investigate the problems of reconstruction on residential buildings in the countryside and how to combine the features of rural architecture with the regional characteristics and time spirit, so that the cultural environment in rural area.
