| 摘 要： | 本文从＂军事工程＂类遗址自身的功能特征出发,指出军事运作的视角是认知此类遗址的有效途径。并以全国重点文物保护单位——营口西炮台遗址的保护为例,具体阐述基于军事运作角度的保护规划编制和构建文物真实性与完整性的操作模式。

| Abstract: | According to the functional feature of military construction heritage, the thesis indicates the view of military operation is a effective approach to conserve this kind of heritage. Taking the example of the Western Fort in Yingkou, it expounds how to compile protection plan and establish authenticity and integrity. |
