摘    要:针对目前加气混凝土制品应用中出现的开裂、脱落、冷桥等问题,利用废旧资源研制出一种和易性好、粘结强度高、抗裂性强的轻质砂浆。实验研究了四个主要因素对轻质砂浆性能的不同影响,确定出优化配比,并对原材料的改性机理进行了探讨。研究结果表明,这种以普通膨胀珍珠岩作为轻集料的聚合物干混砂浆,性能指标能很好地满足加气混凝土砌筑和抹灰的要求,而且可以大量利用非等级粉煤灰和煤矸石等废弃资源,降低砂浆成本。
