水泥混凝土路面病害修复补强和加铺沥青面层

经过一定时间的运行,水泥混凝土路面会出现不同程度的病害。结合洛阳市中州中路西段改造工程实例,描述了水泥混凝土路面的病害情况及处理、改造方案。通过采用注浆加固、铣刨、开槽填补等具体施工方法,进行了路面病害修复补强,再铺设土工布和加铺沥青混合料面层。经修复改造后的路面实测弯沉值达到设计预期。

On Restoration and Reconstruction of Cement Concrete Pavement and Paving Asphalt Overlaying

Cement concrete pavement appeared different diseases with a period of operation. Combined with the reconstruction practice of the west section, Zhongzhou Mid Rd. in Luoyang, the disease condition, the treatment and the restoration plan of cement concrete pavement were pointed out. The pavement diseases were recovered and strengthened through some detailed construction methods such as grouting reinforcement, milling-planing, slotting filling, etc. Then, the pavement was coated with geotechnical fabric and the asphalt mixture. Finally, the pavement deflection measured could arrive at the expected design after the restoration and reconstruction.
