宁波南区污水处理厂二期工程总平面优化设计

摘    要:宁波南区污水处理厂规模为40万m3/d,一期工程16万m3/d已建成。现进行二期工程,建设规模为8万m3/d,但业主提出了需满足环保局防护距离和规划局退界的要求;同时在有限的用地内还要预留三、四期的污水处理和再生水回用处理用地、出水水质升级处理用地、污泥处置用地。为此,介绍了二期工程总平面设计原则和7个功能区的具体设计方案。最后介绍了总体布局和进水及预处理区、升级排放、再生水回用处理等优化设计,并包括先进的工艺、工程设备等的选用。

Abstract:The total scale of South Area Sewage Treatment Works in Ningbo is arriving at 400 000 m3/d,of which 160 000 m3/d of Phase Ⅰ has been already built. Then,the scale of Phase Ⅱ is determined of 80 000 m3/d originally,but the owner has made demands for protective distance by Environment Protection Bureau and setback line by Planning Bureau. Meanwhile,the fields of Phase Ⅲ and Phase IV,recycled water usage treatment site,outflow quality updating treatment site and sludge treatment site should be reserved in the limited land. For this purpose,the design principle of Phase Ⅱ general layout and detailed design plans of seven functional areas are introduced. Finally,several key points are put forward including general layout,inflow & pre-treatment site,upgrading & discharging,recycled water usage treatment,advanced technology and project equipment,etc.
