摘    要:扭转导致集料飞散是排水沥青混合料常见的病害之一。采用旋回式车辙试验仪评价影响排水沥青混合料抗扭转性能的因素,包括胶结料类型、级配类型和空隙率、碾压温度与次数、分块施工等施工工艺因素,以及温度、旋转半径、荷载等使用条件因素。结果表明,采用性能更优的高黏度改性沥青可以提高抗扭转性能,密级配沥青混合料的抗扭转性能优于排水沥青混合料,减小空隙率提高抗扭转性能;降低碾压温度、减少碾压次数、分块施工会影响抗扭转性能;温度升高、转弯半径减小、荷载增大会影响抗扭转性能。最后提出提高排水沥青混合料抗扭转性能的方法。

Abstract:Aggregate flying caused by torsion is one of the common diseases of drainage asphalt mixture.The factors that affect the torsional performance of drainage asphalt mixtureare evaluated by using the cyclic rutting tester,including the type of binder,the type of gradation&void ratio,the temperature× of rolling,the block construction&other construction process factors;the temperature,the radius of rotation,the load&other service conditions factors.The results show that the high viscosity modified asphalt with better performance can improve the anti-torsion performance,and the anti-torsion performance of dense asphalt mixture is better than that of drainage asphalt mixture,reducing void ratio to improve the anti-torsion performance;reducing rolling temperature,reducing rolling times&block construction will affect the anti-torsion performance;increasing temperature,reducing turning radius&increasing load will affect the antitorsion performance.Finally,the method to improve the anti-torsion performance of drainage asphalt mixture is proposed.
