摘    要:盾构工程中始发是技术重点难点并且是事故多发地带,始发井止水帷幕施工技术是盾构始发、到达重要技术环节,始发井围护结构加固是为了保证地层稳定、防止地下水流入到工作井区域。广州某地铁工程的搅拌桩施工过程受到车站围护结构钢花管的限制,采取了旋喷桩施工法加固。本文结合工程实例介绍旋喷桩加固方法,为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:In the shield tunnel construction, the starting is an important and difficult point and the most likely place have an accident. The construction technology of launching shaft water-stop curtain is an important section of the shield machine’s starting and arriving. The launching shaft building envelope need to be reinforced to ensure that the strata is stable and keep the underground water from running into the working shaft area. This project use the rotary jet reinforcement method due to the restriction of the steel flower pipe in the station building envelope. Based on the project case, this paper introduces the rotary jet reinforcement method to provide experiences for similar projects.
