高校既有建筑能源审计及节能策略分析

摘    要:高校建筑维护成本日益增加,其中既有建筑能耗所带来的成本占了很大比例,既有建筑的节能改造和设计策略是主要任务。采用Ecotect能耗分析软件对教学楼因建筑地域环境和结构性能导致的能耗进行有效预测和分析;结合该教学楼进行能耗审计,调研分析产生能耗的热能损失以及管理欠佳等原因,进而提出相应的节能策略,可为高校既有建筑的节能分析提供思路和方法。

Energy Audit and Energy Saving Strategy of the Existing Building in College and University

Abstract:The cost of college building maintenance is increasing, which has been caused by the cost of building energy consumption accounting for a large proportion. The energy-consumption reconstruction and design strategy are main task for existing buildings. The methods for the existing building's energy saving in college and university are proposed. The Ecatect, energy-consumption analysis software, is utilized for effective predicting and analyzing on classroom building's energy-consumption caused by building region surroundings and structural performance; the corresponding energy saving strategy is proposed by auditing energy consumption, researching and analyzing the energy losing and suboptimal building management.
