摘 要: | 以一实际工程为例,对安徽省某机关研发楼能效标识的程序和方法进行了研究,重点分析了该项目的建筑能效测评结果。利用PKPM—EEP能耗模拟软件为该项目建立了几何模型,进行了赋值计算,模拟出该建筑全年的采暖空调等能耗,计算了该研发楼总的节能率,给出了该建筑的能效标识等级。针对该案例能效标识过程所展开的详细介绍,为民用建筑能效标识工作提供了有价值的参考。

Abstract: | The methods and procedures of energy efficiency label of an office building of research and development in A nhui Province were mainly studied, focusing on the energy efficiency evaluation. Geomet- ric model of the building was established using PKPM-EEP energy consumption simulation software, and further the assignment was calculated to simulate the heating and cooling energy consumption of the build- ing throughout the year, so as to obtain the building energy-saving rate. The star level of the building ener- gy efficiency was awarded through the comprehensive evaluation. The study shows certain reference value for civil building energy efficiency label through detailed introduction of the practical case. |
