路在何方——“空巢”古村落保护的困境与策略性方向

尽管传统村镇历史保护与社区维系已得到从政府到学界的重视与普遍关注，但依然有较多未纳入历史文化村镇的古村落未能得到应有的保护。以人去房空或留守老人为特征的“空巢”古村落成为当前历史文化聚落发展演变的一个显著特征。保护主体的缺位，维修资金的短缺直接加速了古村落的衰败进程，加上古村落管理面临的尴尬，“空巢”古村落正岌岌可危，处境堪忧。而传统的以物质形态及技术取向为主的古村镇保护规划，对此通常于济无补。文章在深度剖析“空巢”古村落保护困境的基础上，针对不同区位及资源特色的四种“空巢”古村落类型，提出了四种策略性的保护方向。

Where the Way is:Dilemma and Outlet of Uninhabited Ancient Village's Protection

Although historical protection and maintaining of the community of ancient towns and villages has received extensive attention from government and academic section，a lot of unlisted ancient villages cannot get adequate protection. Uninhabited ancient villages with void houses or only occupied by elders has become a prominent feature of development of historical and cultural settlements. Lacking of protection subject and shortage of funding directly accelerates the decline of ancient villages. Furthermore, with the embarrassing management, those uninhabited ancient villages are in danger. Unfortunately, the traditional protection of ancient villages which bases on physical forms and technologies can do little to improve this situation. Based on a deep exploration of the dilemma of protection of uninhabited ancient villages, this paper puts forward strategies for four types of uninhabited ancient villages with different locations and resources.
