岭南旧城更新改造规划中风环境评估方法研究——以广州市黄埔区鱼珠旧城更新改造规划为例

摘    要:在经济平衡导向下进行的广州市三旧改造规划,设计容积率普遍较高,又由于岭南地区气候湿热,高容积率的设计方案可能会对城市通风环境产生不利影响,因此在规划中进行风环境评估十分必要。基于CFD技术提出旧城更新改造规划风环境评估方法、指标及判断标准,以广州市黄埔区鱼珠旧城更新改造规划为例,模拟改造前后的风环境状况。研究表明:①CFD技术能够较为准确、直观的反映旧改前后风环境状况;②案例的“规划评估范围风速比”0.7787>“现状评估范围风速比”0.6783,“规划评估范围平均风速”1.293m/s≥1m/s,满足风环境评价标准的要求。

Abstract:Under the guidance of an economic balance policy, the floor-area ratio under "three old" urban renewal planning in Guangzhou city is generally so high that the city, which is located in the Lingnan region and has a hot and humid climate, might experience adverse impacts on its ventilation environment. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out wind environment assessment during planning. This paper puts forward an assessment method, index and criterion for the wind environment for urban renewal planning, based on CFD technology. Taking Yuzhu City Renewal Planning, Huangpu District, as an example, the wind environment of city is simulated before and after renewal. The research results are summarized as follows. Firstly, CFD technology can accurately and intuitively reflect the wind environment before and after renewal. Secondly, the "wind velocity ratio of planned evaluating areas" (0.7787) is larger than the "wind velocity ratio of actual evaluating areas" (0.6783). Finally, the wind velocity of evaluating areas in the design plan is 1.293 m/s, which is larger than 1 m/s and therefore meets the requirement of the evaluation criterion for the wind environment.
