机制砂中石粉含量对混凝土性能的影响

摘    要:本文测试了机制砂中石粉含量(质量分数)对混凝土工作性能、强度以及抗冻性能的影响,并通过孔隙率与孔径分布分析石粉含量对机制砂混凝土微观结构的影响。结果表明:随着机制砂中石粉含量的增加,混凝土的工作性能下降,强度及抗冻性能随着石粉含量的增加先提高后下降,最佳掺量在10%左右,当石粉含量高于10%时,机制砂高强混凝土工作性及耐久性能劣化。

Abstract:The effects of different stone dust(SD) content in manufactured sand(MS) on the workability,compressive strength and resistance to freezing of concrete are investigated in this paper.The results show that with the increase of SD content in MS,the fluidity of concrete decreases.When the SD content is higher than 10%,the MS concrete shows an obvious degradation of compressive strength and resistance to freezing.
