摘    要:聚羧酸系减水剂(PC)能否成功应用于预拌混凝土,关键问题在于解决其技术和经济性。本文采用4种不同胶凝材料体系,7种不同胶凝材料用量,分别掺加PC、木质素磺酸盐系减水剂(LS)和萘系高效减水剂(NSF)配制了强度等级C10~C60的混凝土,并针对相同的胶凝材料体系,对比了掺加这3种减水剂所配制的同强度等级混凝土的技术性和原材料成本。结果表明,掺加PC的混凝土具有较好的技术性能,且对于高强度等级混凝土,掺加PC是比较经济的。

Abstract:In order to settle the technical and economical problem that Polycarboxylate Based Superplasticiaer(PC) is used in the concrete construction.The concrete of C10-C60 was prepared with four different cementitious material systems and seven different composition of cementitious material.And then under the circumstances of the same cementitious material system,the authors choose three different plasticizers(PC,lignosulphate based plasticizer(LS) and naphthalene sulphate based superplasticizer(NSF)) for mixing concrete of the same compressive strength and compared their technicality and cost of the raw materials.The results indicate that good performance can be obtained with the use of PC and ideal economy efficiency exists in high strength concrete added with PC.
