位于中正路“艺术街坊“与亲水河岸之间的观潮广场可以眺望观音山与淡水河。在“打开”连续的街廓空间策略下．藉由广场侧墙的延伸效果．在基地的底端有两棵雀榕，将眺望观音山与淡水河的景观的景深拉大，成为“层次感”做为广场的背景空间效果。

One may overlook the Kuanyin Mountain as well as the Tamsui River from the Tide Observation Art Square between the Zhongzheng Road ＂Artist SOHO＂ and the accessible waterfront area. Under the continuous streetscape spatial strategy of ＂opening＂, with the extending effect of the side walls of the Square, and the two red fruit fig trees at the bottom of the site expanding the depth of field, the ＂sense of layer＂ becomes the background spatial effect of the Square.
