The optimum design of reinforced concrete slab by the new code |

| Abstract: | In the paper, we calculated about 1000s design samples about reinforced concrete slab. Based on the result of calculations, we discussed the difference between new code and old code in the design of reinforced concrete slab. Then we focused on the curve about length - height - ratio and guideline of economy. At last, we made suggestions about the optimum design. |
