大面积砼地面超平铺摊一次成型技术

大面积混凝土地面平整度控制是施工难点,国家规范仅对3m靠尺实测要求平整度≤5mm作了明确,目前这个规定已不能满足特殊地面对平整度的要求。我们在施工中有效地制定了控制措施和采取激光控制技术,达到大面积混凝土地面平整度极差不超2mm/3m的合同目标,从而解决了地面空鼓、起壳、开裂、不平等问题,达到了大面积超平地坪质量要求。
