Scientific management of construction project is the core of construction project cost management;project contract management is the basis of the economic,technical activities between the employer and the contractor in engineering project implementation basis.This paper combined with the practical work,carries on the analysis to the process of how to get the project contract,focuses on the scientific management of the construction project and contract implementation process.
