早强型聚羧酸系高性能减水剂的研制与应用

摘    要:将丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯磺酸钠、不同的分子量的烯丙基聚乙二醇在水溶液中用自由基共聚的方法,合成了具有梳状结构的聚羧酸系高性能减水剂。测试了该减水剂的应用性能;结果表明该减水剂具有较高的减水率,能较大幅度提高混凝土的早期强度,适用配置有早期强度要求的高性能混凝土。

Abstract:A polycarboxylate superlasticizer was synthesized from acrylic acid,acrylamide, Sodium methallyl sulfonate,and a different molecular weight polyethylene glycol allyl by the radical polymerization.Its applied performance in concrete was tested.The results showed that the wsuperlasticizer has excellent properties,such as a high water reducting rate,good workability,greatly enhance the early strength of concrete,and early strength is targeted to the requirements of high-performance concrete.
