基于BIM和PDCA理论的大型综合体项目进度管控研究

摘    要:以大型综合体项目为研究对象,基于建筑信息模型(BIM)开展施工进度模拟精细化研究,在此基础上提出一种施工进度管理方法,以期有效提升工程信息化水平。首先利用参数化建模方式创建三维BIM模型,导入广联达BIM5D平台生成四维模型,然后将计划-实施-检查-处置(PDCA)理论与BIM技术相结合,应用在结合点一(宏观视角下施工全过程进度管控)与结合点二(施工进度管控中重点环节的BIM强化应用),最后将该方法应用到大型综合体项目进度管控实例中验证其可行性。结果表明:将BIM技术与PDCA循环管理理论相结合,可以使施工全过程的进度管控目标更明确、管控流程更优化; 实际案例施工段二区的进度模拟次数减少60%,工期整体提前3.5%; BIM和PDCA结合应用有效提升了工程信息化水平,为建立科学有效的进度管理方法提供了新思路。

Abstract:Taking the large scale complex project as the research object, the fine simulation of construction progress was carried out based on the building information model(BIM). On this basis, a construction progress management method was proposed to effectively improve the engineering informatization level. Firstly, the three-dimensional BIM model was established by parametric modeling method, and was imported into Glodon BIM5D platform to generate a four-dimensional model. The plan-implementation-check-disposal(PDCA)theory was combined with BIM technology, and it was applied to the combination point one(the whole process of construction progress control from a macro perspective)and the combination point two(the BIM strengthening application of key links in construction progress control). Finally, the method was applied to a large complex project schedule control example to verify its feasibility. The results show that the combination of BIM technology and PDCA cycle management theory can make the schedule control objectives clearer and the schedule management process more optimized in whole construction process. The number of schedule simulation in the second area of the actual construction section is reduced by 60%, and the overall construction period is 3.5% ahead of schedule. Therefore, the combination of BIM and PDCA can effectively improve the level of engineering informatization, and provide new ideas for the establishment of scientific and effective schedule management methods.
