| Abstract: | According to the features of county water resource, it put forward thatplanning county water resource should flollow these principles: keeping the surface wateras the main water resource, making much targets, resourcelizing wastewater, prior rightto drinking water. At the same time, the restricted total, the doubled-track system, muchwater courses planning methods are discussed. |
