| 摘 要： | 城市地理编码可在同一地理框架里反映多层次的社会经济信息,为实现城市信息共享、交换和整合提供技术支撑.其以街坊为最小空间单元进行城市各类信息资源的调查、整理、汇总,可为不同层次的城市规划编制和研究提供科学、准确、详细的历史和现状信息,使规划编制过程有据可依,并提高编制成果的科学性,是科学与理性城市规划的基石. |

| Abstract: | City geo-coding is the geographic base for the standard statistics of social and economic information. It can reflect multi-level social and economic information within the same geographic framework and become a support technol-ogy for information sharing, exchange and integration. Block is the basic unit of city geo-information survey and organization. Geo-coding provides accurate and detailed historical and current information of cities, and it is the foundation of scientific and rational urban planning. |
