There are a series of conflicts between the marketing operation and school benefit,resources sharing and school building with joint efforts, socialized services and operating of schools, open campus and management of colleges,etc.while planning to construct university towns and educational parks.The detailed planning of the north zone of Suzhou International Education Park takes the planning measures which are adapting the mode of centralized sharing,with the power and responsibility clearly distinguished;circular and radial road framework;spherical layers of the use of land;the landscape system with mountains and rivers combined,and so on.It finally forms a spatial layout structure of One Centre,Two Circles and Two Axes, Three Spherical Layers.It Is an attempt of trying to using flexible structure and sharing mode to solve the interior conflicts between the university towns and education parks.
