| 摘 要： | 对于生态城市而言,区域生态环境既是它稳定发展的背景,也是实现生态城市的基础与前提.国外很多城市通过开展区域生态调查、生态背景分析,以及设定自然敏感区、保护区、限制区、发展区、增长容量等来确保城市生态背景的稳定,从而实现城市与所在区域的广泛的生态联系.这种对生态背景的认识与保护对于当前我国生态城市的建设有很多启示.

| Abstract: | To an eco-city,regional environment is its background of stable development,and also the foundation and premise to make the eco-city come true.Many oversea cities make the city eco-back- ground stable by regional eco-research,eco-back- ground analysis,and the establishment of the natu- ral sensitive region,preservation region,restricting region,developing region and increasing capacity, etc.Those measures enable the cities to have eco- contact with the local regions.Such understanding and protection of the eco-background are very help- ful to us in the construction of an eco-city in our country. |
