| 摘 要： | 济南市城市规划决策管理三维支持系统由管理维护系统、基于C/S结构的设计版和基于B/S结构的网络版组成,系统的实现过程为利用空间数据建设三维城市场景,构建数字规划平台,快速获取、存储和处理海量三维数据等关键问题提供了较好的技术路线.规划师利用空间信息和虚拟现实集成平台实现科学规划理念,展示规划成果,为决策者进行科学决策服务.

| Abstract: | Jinan Urban Planning VR Decision Support System is composed of management maintenance system,C/S-based design version and B/S-based network version. The running process of the system provides good technical route for key issues such as establishing 3d city with spatial data,establishing digital planning platform,instantly acquiring,saving,and processing tremendous data. Urban planners can use spatial information and virtual reality platform to make scientific planning,exhibit planning,and serve well for decision-making. |
