政府主导下的综合型教育园区规划设计探析——以云浮市教育园区规划设计为例

云浮市教育园区位于云城区西南端,具有优越的区位和环境优势。规划通过对地形地貌、景观、用地条件等进行分析,在尊重地方传统聚落及自然环境形态的基础上,打造山城互溶、组团布局的生态学府;通过建设开发控制、城市设计等控制策略对园区建设加以引导,构建一核三廊四轴多组团的空间布局结构,形成一心一轴多级渗透的景观空间结构和一环两翼四片的道路结构体系,打造具有地方特色的城市综合型教育园区。

Yunfu educational park is located in the southwest of the city with privileged environment.By analysis of geography,landscape,land use conditions,the plan builds clustered ecological campuses with respect to local traditional residence.The plan creates one core,three corridors,four axes,multiple units spatial structure,one core,one axis,multiple layers landscape structure,one ring,two wings,four zones road network,and creates an educational park with local characters.
