| 摘 要： | 目前我国旧城改造中公众参与的特点主要有：“被动式”的过程性参与多,“主动式”的决策性参与少;关系到公众自身利益的参与多,涉及公共利益方面的参与少;居民参与的积极性很高,实际参与的渠道和方法少。武汉同丰社区规划将“公众参与”的理念作为整个旧城改造设计的指导思想,通过大量基础调研工作将公众的要求量化,使公众参与更具操作性。

| Abstract: | Presently the public participation in oldtown reconstruction in China is characterized bythe following:more"passive"participation in thecourse than"active"participation in the decisionmaking,more participation in matters concerning theirown interest than in matters concerning publicinterest,high enthusiasm in participation from thepart of the residents but fewer channels and meth-ods for participation.The planning of old town re-construction of Tongfeng Community in Wuhan isguided by the idea of"public participation".Throughlots of basic surveys we can quantify the demandof the public,making public participation moreworkable. |
