| 摘 要： | 改革开放和西部大开发将新疆的军垦事业推进到一个崭新的历史时期,兵团城镇化速度的加快是一个重要的标志。什么是兵团小城镇的“军垦特色”?兵团新建城镇在规划编制中应如何体现“军垦特色”?本文就此问题进行了分析,并提出了建议。
