| 摘 要： | 当前我国建设的大量住区都是封闭住区,这在城市人居环境、城市交通、城市空间形态和土地利用效率等方面带来诸多负面影响。依据城市规划和建筑设计的相关理论,结合工程实例提出采用开放式住区,围合式组团的思路来满足城市和住区对空间形态的不同要求;由此得出解决封闭住区负效应的有效方案。

| Abstract: | Most of residential areas which are Constructing in china are enclosed.They bring many negative influences in several aspects:the city space form,residential environment,municipal transportation and land utilization efficiency.Based on urban planning and architectural design correlation theories,an method is proposed to solve it.It is constructing opening residential areas,which are formed by several enclosed group. |
