纳米玻璃的制备技术与应用

摘    要:随着纳米玻璃的应用日益广泛,制备不同功能用途的纳米玻璃制备方法越来越多,制备纳米玻璃的方法主要包括:熔融热处理法、溶胶-凝胶法、离子注入法、射频磁控溅射法、气相沉积法、熔融-分相法、辅助电场(磁场)法、熔融光诱导热处理晶化法等。该文就这些方法来探讨纳米玻璃的研究进展,并对各种方法的优缺点进行了分析,最后概述了纳米玻璃的应用。

Abstract:With the extensive applications of Nanoglass,study on nanoglass technology and its recent progress were summarized.The future research tendency is prospected.The preparation methods include melting heat treatment,sol-gel,ion implantation,RF magnetron sputtering,vapor deposition,melt-phase separation,Auxiliary electric(magnetic),melt-induced crystallization heat treatment method.Tprogress,meritsang faults,and comparison of different methods were reviewed in this paper.
