加强桥梁监测确保安全畅通

桥梁病害的诊治首先是诊断,要诊断必须要有长期的经常性的监测工作。改革开放以来,交通建设有了迅猛的发展,但养护管理显得十分薄弱,特别是监测工作。该文呼吁要加强桥梁监测制度,要有一套行之有效的监测制度,要有一支专业队伍,要有一套仪器和设备,要总结养护经验改进桥梁设计,特别要加强对超载车的有效控制,加强养护管理,延长桥梁使用寿命,确保安全畅通。

The diagnosis is the first work of bridge disease,the inspect work must be done in long-term and regularity.After reform and opening,traffic construct was developed rapidly,but maintenance manage was looked much weakness,especially for the inspect work.In the paper the author appealed to strengthen bridge inspect system,have an effective inspect system、have professional inspect personnel,have professional inspect instruments and equipments,summarize the maintain experience and improve on bridge design measures,especially strengthen to control the over loading traffics.Strengthening the maintenance manage is prolonged use life of bridge and insure safety free.
