箱梁后张法孔道压浆施工质量控制

箱梁是桥梁施工中最常用的一种形式,而预制箱梁有减少施工时间、方便简洁等特点,因此被广泛运用到桥梁建设中。同时,预制箱梁预应力技术能保证施工的安全和稳定,确保桥梁质量,受力面广、经济实惠等特点也让这种技术被广泛应用。孔道压浆是后张法预应力混凝土构件施工的关键工序之一,其质量的好坏直接影响到预应力混凝土结构的安全性和耐久性。该文结合睢宁制梁场简支箱梁施工经验,对简支箱梁后张法孔道压浆工序质量控制进行论述。

Quality Control of Box Girder Post Tensioned Type Duct Grouting Construction

Box girder is most commonly used form in bridge construction,while prefabricated box girder has the characteristics of reducing construction time,convenience and simplicity,so it is widely used in bridge construction.At the same time,prestressed technology of prefabricated box girder can ensure safety and stability of construction,ensure quality of bridge,have a wide range of forces,economic benefits and other characteristics,which also make this technology widely used.Duct grouting is one of key processes in construction of post tensioned prestressed concrete members.Its quality directly affects the safety and durability of prestressed concrete structures.Based on construction experience of simply supported box girder in Suining Beam Yard,this paper discusses quality control of post tensioned duct grouting process.
