摘    要:建筑节能分析是建设项目可行性研究的重要组成部分,体现了我国可持续发展战略在建筑领域的具体要求。运用全生命周期成本理论对建设项目可行性研究中的节能部分进行分析,在确定此分析方法可行的基础上,建立了基于全生命周期的配套节能设施成本评价模型,说明了分析步骤;最后指出了应用此分析方法需要注意的问题。

Abstract:The energy efficiency analysis of buildings is an important part in the feasibility study of construction projects which embodies the strategy of sustainable development in the construction field of our country. In this article, the theory of life cycle cost is used in the energy efficiency analysis in the feasibility study of construction projects. With the theory being proved feasible, the cost evaluation model of sets of energy-efficiency facilities based on life cycle analysis; and then, the analyzing steps are specified. Finally, there are several problems should be paid attention to when using LCC analysis.
