某大型工业厂房的结构设计

摘    要:结合工程实例,针对大尺度工业厂房设计中应注意的问题进行了分析研究。针对下层吊车起重吨位较小的特点,采用格构柱悬臂牛腿的做法,有效地减少了钢柱在厂房内部的占地面积。针对大柱距的特点,屋面檩条选用桁架式檩条,可有效降低檩条用钢量。根据拟建场地的地质条件选用钻孔灌注桩。

Abstract:Combining with the project examples, design problems of large scale workshop were analyzed. According to the characteristics of the crane tonnage is smaller, the lattice column cantilever approach, effectively reduced the occupied area of steel column inside the workshop. According to the characteristics of large span, roof purlin selection of trussed purlin, can effectively reduce the volume of steel purlin. According to the geological conditions of the site selection ofboredpile.
